Carlisle will end up at saints. Plus the drug saga issue also.
We will chase plowman, people may laugh but just remember this post..

Plowman is a draft bust taken at pick 3. Exposed by taller opponents and played off 1/2 back some times by GWS. Guy must have dodgy photos of SOS in a bank vault somewhere. Probably an OK punt to see if we can find whatever it was SOS saw to take him at pick 3 but we shouldn't be selling the farm or passing up good draft picks to get this guy! Only played 2 AFL games this year, 1st half had elbow injury, 2nd half of season played NEAFL.

I'm worried SOS still works for GWS.

I've watched Plowman in several matches over the last couple of years and can't see why we'd be interested in him.
Maybe for a late draft selection but nothing more.

Sumner has hardly played for the Giants despite being the no 10 pick in 2011 and already has stress fractures in his foot, only played about 6 NEAFL games this season, no AFL, only played 3 AFL games last year, has played mostly NEAFL since being drafted, finished the last dozen or so weeks of the year nursing his stressed foot so consider him a lock for Carlton I guess. First half of the season injured wrist, came back in the NEAFL, was Meh! then stress injury to foot and out for the rest of the year.

I hope these 2 guys are hidden gems that SOS reckons he can resurrect from nowhere. Plowman might have some residual sparkle from being a pick 3 and maybe a bit of the 'big guys take longer' excuse but both look like busts !

I wanted Carlisle as he can play either end. Spewing to miss out on a way. We are in deep do do key position wise next year....... Any KPP we get will be in the draft and it will be too soon for them to fill the holes.

Unless there is a magical ready made one we can trade for, ie Carlisle who is the most talented option , then there is non one else available.

Why?

Because you desperately wanted to trade for a flower petulant idiot who was either consciously cheating or who had no capacity to recognise he was being juiced up and ask a question about it and instead spat the dummy when he realised was on the juice all along?

Or perhaps you're losing faith because we might miss the opportunity to spend $750k a year for two years (and a spot on the list) on someone who might not even be allowed to play?

I wouldn't touch one of these flowers with a barge pole.

Let them rot in cheaters Hell.

And let us not pollute our club and its history with their grotty, grotty ilk.

The Bombers should own every last one of these flowers for evermore.

Plowman/Sumner look like guys trying to recapture some of sizzle their careers took off with. Since drafting there has only been sausage...no sizzle! Maybe SOS knows something about the reasons these guys haven't been getting a game or why they have been injured. Maybe there is something behind the scenes that has been holding them back that isn't apparent to the rest of us, they reckon Sumner in particular was very 'raw', but after 4 years in the AFL system you have to wonder how raw he is still entitled to be! Unless there is some massive hidden factor here I would think Sumner as a number 10 pick 4 years in on exposed form and return on investment would be on shaky ground! Maybe they are looking for a Jones/Tutt deal from the soft touch we seem to be as a club in order to to keep their footy careers going!

You realise half the AFL are still playing and we're a month away from free agency and trade week, don't you?

Ah...got it.

I forget they ripped off my name sometimes.

Every now and then I think about changing it but I always thought people who change their names were a bit disturbed.

I'm disturbed enough as it is.

Anyway my points on Carlisle stand.

Whingey, petulant little cheating scum.

Should go for two years like the rest of them.

There are some nice diagonals in the lines of this post.

Good use of spacing, verticals and even a right angle, but to be honest haven't we learnt anything from the Jones/TUtt debacle? And if what's being suggested about the Gws players we are targeting, it appears not.

I'm ok with chasing Plowman. Less enthused about Sumner but both fit the profile of getting them whilst their value is lowest. Both have talent.

Don't want Carlisle unless he comes free. This year it looks like there is every chance one fairly decent player might make it to the PSD... hope so.
