I know a little about how the media and journalists work - so I really think I reserve my judgement and if experienced observers at TC say he does not look like he has put 10 kg on - then I believe them.

From what I know how tabloid journalists work (and having some family connection there I am quite familiar with the modus operandus) – I guess the journalist heard a rumour Lance had gained some weight and just embellished the story to “fitâ€

If he isnt over weight why doesnt the club just show proof to the media that his weight is normal.

The silent treatment to the media isnt working two negative articles in two days what is the club waiting for make a stance one way or the other.

At the moment the media has found Lance guilty. Please Carlton show us the evidence to make them shut up.

Its a good article from Sheahan if Lances weight as stated is correct....and I dont see the club in denial over this issue ...just states it will handle it internally.
All the issues Sheahan has raised are correct..leadership, money...its exactly the stuff we didnt want to hear about lance and I just cant believe he would front up in that condition if its true...I'm not knocking the track watchers who reckon he looks ok...but it seems with no denials the story has some truth to it...

I've got the solution for Lance.

Stick him on "The Biggest Loser" show for about 3 weeks. The guys on that show are dropping 10-20 pounds a week, every week.

Apparently Eddie came back a little porky as well.
