I have 1 simple expectation. If there is a challenge then the challenging group need to release somewhat detailed information on how they propose to guide this club into the future. I won't base my vote on a 'they have to be better than what we've got' premise. I need proof they'll be better, or at least a reason to believe they'll be better.
Fair enough. I think there's some critical questions required from both sides. It's probably a good time for some people to go back and read this to get an idea of what the LoGiudice-led Mathieson mob are proposing from a club strategic sense. Nice motherhood statements though they may be.

http://www.heraldsun.com.au/news/victor ... 1cb601e035And then it's probably a fair enough question to ask the rebel alliance whether the current Pratt decision makers withheld monies at a time when the club desperately needed it - in a strategic (though underhanded) bid to make the current President look bad in declaring another big financial loss. If so, they'll be looking for votes in alderaan places and will have little chance of succeeding.
What the club needs at the start of a rebuild is zero factions. Unfortunately, that's not what we're going to get. Historically - Carlton tears itself apart from the inside first and then attempts a rebuild of sorts.
A lot of water to go under the bridge yet I sense.
