Of course not. our coaching search came down to a two horse race. bolton & barker.

I do know there were 2-3 coaches who openly went to the media on their own accord to distance themselves from our coaching position. that in itself speaks volumes to the kinds of people we as a club can and will attract as we're currently run.

Malthouse spoke openly to anyone who listen as to how much of a rabble we are from the top to the bottom.

Mick wound up being a stain of his own accord, and anyone who cried about the nature of the coaching structure we have since put in place - or the contract - is not someone we'd want to install in a club that is trying to modernise.

We had our own agenda, and some chuckleheads probably wanted to do it their way. So do we want that kind of arrogance, or do we want to move forward with a little bitter medicine and humility?

We are struggling in the youth supporters growth

Women's football is a growth market to invest in, and will absolutely drive up our female support. It shouldn't be the only driver we focus on, nor is it.

Right now though I can tell you the Women of Carlton aren't happy their coterie group has been dismantled (at least officially), so Trigg might want to hurry up and deliver the updated version he's planning.

Jim are you saying our club makes women uncomfortable but is looking at bankrolling a women's team instead of a recruiter or an extra coach to make women feel comfortable .
But women need their own coterie group to feel comfortable which has been dismembered by the CEO and they're getting anxious because nothing has been replaced for them to become comfortable again?

Even if you were consulting for the board or were someone they tapped up for in terms of business expertise, which you patently do not have, they would never share that information with you under any circumstances, because you seem to be hard-wired for explosive confrontation over someone playing with your toys.
