The 16 can't be used for a year cause Campo played in the 95' premiership side. I would like to see Edwards keep that 37, I have always had a soft spot for that number probably cause I use to wear that number as a junior

I think the 1 year retirement policy for numbers of retired premiership players is a good one, but only if the player has retired and is not a money grubbing snot nosed squib.

Does this mean that all numbers up to 46 are taken except for 16?

I agree with agro, the retirement policy should only apply if the player has retired - not if they go to another club.

Bower 18 is sick, 18 has always been my number, now i can put it back on my Blues jumper.

Also the number 5 is back which is fantastic.

Cant wait to see Murph play in the 3.

There's only one player on our list who can resurrect #10.

Come on guys.
Mick Martyn, Steven O'Reilly and Mick Mansfield can do a joint jumper presentation.
Did Mick McGuane wear 10?
Get Brad Shine and it will be an all star occasion. :-D

Gee, MM's got his game-face working perfectly. He's gonna look good lining up for the national anthem before the 2009 Grand Final.

How much of a different photo does murphy take now he's in the AFL jumper he intends to represent for his entire career :?: I'm going to have to shut my trap until he starts playing matches.

It's great to see how happy the boys look in their new jumpers, imparticularly Bower, Kennedy and Jackson.

Don't forget Bret Johnson, Barry Mitchell and Sean Charles... it's not looking too good for Dylan. :)

No. 18 - Bowyer to Bower.
