got my membership pack the other day and i have to say that i wasn'y particularly impressed. i have renewed my premium gold m'ship again, and when the pack arrived i was really a little peeved at its contents.

now i am comparing my pack to a friends swans interstate membership pack and the carlton effort leaves a lot to be desired. the swans pack contained a magnet with all games on it, a keyring, m'ship card and lanyard, a seperate list of games to go in the other side of the lanyard, a sticker and the discount book for various stores etc.

my carlton pack had the card, the lanyard, a sticker and a discount book. we get a hat at some stage, so do they. i was somewhat surprised that my mebership pack which cost me a bucketload was so shabby as opposed to the comparitively cheap swans pack. not sure how other clubs measure up, but the fact that the CFC could not even include some kind of fixture is crap.

i'm die hard. i'll get top membership every year regardless, but there are plenty of supporters around who would be questioning the worth of their membership, particularly when seeing friends value from other clubs.

what do others think?

it just concerns me that we aren't doing things within our control all that well.

In the old days I was just happy to get a card.

Be glad you even got a pack.

Signed up for a Long Distance Silver membership late last year and still haven't seen or heard a thing.

They're like that every year.
