Do we really need an SMS supposidly from Kouta (who I'm sure for his
$1 000 000 is typing my number into his phone)
to tell me about the Family day.

Good thing it's now free for members but at 50 cents per msg. thats currently $6000 + ( if there are 12000 members) that could be spent more wisely couldn't it?

Where do you want them to spend the money give more money to Lance. The membership department need to do something to get more members. Im sure if 100 members sign up on the family day which im sure they will it will pay for the SMS messages. Need to spend money to make money.

I was happy to get it. Good to see the Club move into the 1990's.

I was pleased to get it - thought it worked well and was pro-active.

Depending on how they setup their outbound SMS it could be as little as 6 cents per message.

I thought it was a great idea, surely the club gets text messages for virtually nothing...got a bit excited seeing a text from Kouta  :-D

Could even be a freebie, may be part of the whole sponsorship package.

We're all special to him....

When Cazzesman told me he had a message from Kouta I said "yeah, to tell you how far the exclusion zone is!"

It's a great idea, put a smile on our faces last night.

Actually thought it was good initiative by the club.
Don't know about anyone else, but I have been contacted "three" times in the last few weeks by the club. They do care. :P
