Imagine someone like Blake Hardwick and what he would do for us. We are timid.

Can only go on what we hear in his media appearances but would seem to be a good addition.

High hopes Mick. Just worried we 'nice boy' scrub it out of him.

Slightly different aspect to the attitude equation…

Russell never named names when he spoke about players turning up late to sessions, or not turning up at all. Now there’s a few whispers of his replacement facing similar problems.

I think we’re at the point where we need a sneaky leak, one leak to end all leaks, and names to be named.

Expectation of players attitude and culture should have been fixed by Voss. We all thought he was a hard ass …….

Docherty again doing the media circuit and taking subtle digs at the club (this time on the DDF live stream yesterday).

We loved you for what you overcame and your spirit, but don't start eroding that by coming across as bitter and resentful at the club.

Your time was well and truly up.

Maybe for once the club is taking the power away from the players!

All leaders and it looks to me Voss, were aligned in that mentality. Don’t just point it towards Doc.

With Docherty & Silvagni gone, does that leave Weitering as the last of the grumps?

He looks like an idiot out there, but there’s method to the Harris Andrews madness.
