They way I see it is we were dog shit in 2025, so I welcome change.

New players coming in, who knows. They might end up flops, they might end up premiership champions. Time will tell.

But change has to be a good thing

Yeah , that's the way I see it Jake . Could go either way . I would prefer to take a step forward and go arse over tit than stand paralysed and get blown out of the water . There having a go . Its not all gonna work but they are having a crack . Onya Jake .

Spot on Mick. I've been so apathetic about Carlton and footy in general all year. I couldn't have felt more disconnected from the club.

This week I'm finally feeling enthusiastic again. It's a massive refresh.

You are entitled to lose enthusiasm Jake . Faaark , we all did . But never give the Club away mate . No doubt we will strike a few potholes in the road along the way but will get there .

A couple of ITK posters on BF;
everyone will be very happy tonight,
Charlie gone
Humphrey will be a blue.

I am hyperventilating. I cannot let myself believe we are getting Humphrey.

Imagine the shock in the media that Carlton could achieve something so stealthy.

I don’t put much faith in BF IKWs…
I like the breadcrumbs from Deano however….

Yup if we can snare Humphrey too, it will be amazing, just unbelievable , the club should erect a statue to fabulous trio Graham, Chris and Nick. No matter the fine details of final outcome this trade period has been aggressive , courageous and illuminating.
Looking forward to 2026 with glee, we’ll need at least one session to integrate the new additions of course, but from 2027 onwards watch out we’re back.

Not sure how aggressive it's been. The situation has been forced upon us. TDK and SOS leaving and the fallout with Charlie has kind of forced our hand. Those moves have given us the draft capital to make some moves of our own. Not sure what we would have done if no one wanted to leave.

Picks 42 & 43 must have been prepared by Austin & Co to be used on Recycled players???

I just wish for once that we Turn a late Pick into a Good Player. All other Clubs do it, except us. :(
