So I’ve been in the car all day and only saw the final result as it happened.

WTF are you all on about?

That’s a phenomenal result for a conditional player who doesn’t want to be there and is clearly disruptive to the culture of the club.

Arer you F**** Serious? What difference is there between this offer & the Earlier offer from Sydney?

What use are Sydney's Future picks to us if they are going to finish inside the 8 for the next few years with the Aid of Curnow?

Worse, giving up picks 31 & 42? What For?????????????????

Who is going to kick the Goals for us next year? Are you all happy with an 8 Goals a Game? this is beyond a Joke................. We got played... Dump Recruitment.....

Picks 9 & 11 in such a weak Draft will land us 2 Average players at best. Since we are Carlton, We will most likely Burn them both off!

All I wanted is ONE Friggin Quality player to match Curnow.......Just ONE..... but NO.............

we might turn these future 1st round picks into a decent player. it's excellent commodity for such things. a nice place to be.

MIGHT...... That's the key Word. What are our chances? I don't rate our recruitment....

Ya its nice to plan for the Future but what about next year? Do people here seriously think we have a chance to make the 8th?

Where will the Goals come from?

Look at Petracca & his Deal. Demons gets pick 7 & 8 for him plus more.... Is he that much better than Curnow? a Proven Match winner & Colman Medalist?

How can Sydney Get away with such a Massive Trade without losing any of their A Graders? Its beyond a Joke

i don't think we're making the 8 with our list with or without charles even if he was in coleman form.

2027 first will land near in the 30's and our 2027 second, if we fail and Sydney are challenging with Charlie.
2026 first will get eaten up by Walker (thanks AFL).
2025 first we just received might get eaten up by Dean.

Well I must not be negative - we did get Hayward. lol

See yah Charlie.

That's excately my Point... I have said it from Day one... We don't need Picks.... We need Players... A Grade Players.... Just ONE at least to make us a bit competitive next year!

We will finish bottom 3 unless a Miracle occurs.

Petracca won a norm smith in a premiership. Charlie got belted by each of his opponents in the 3 finals played as a Coleman medalist

We had Curnow this year and didn't make the 8 so why is keeping him paramount to us making the 8, especially when he doesn't want to be at Carlton. Sooking it up even more than he did this year is not going to help us. Any trade was never going to look balanced on its own because we lose an extremely good player and an equivalent player does not want to come back. So we make the best we can which is to provide the flexibility to ensure we get a first round pick this year as well as Dean and Ison and then Cody Walker next year. We will be in a much better and more prepared position next year to make a big play for Humphrey. There is no reason in my mind why we can't make the 8 next year with everyone fit and given the greater depth we have added and will no doubt need.

Plenty of points for Dean and Ison.

This is what Austin said

" "We also want to acknowledge Charlie's 10 years of service to our football club. He provided our club with some great moments in the Navy Blue and while we are disappointed to see him go, the return we have received is a first in our game's history and we are certainly satisfied with what we have gained "

We have recieved a First in the Game's history? What on Earth is this guy talking about??

So swans initial offer was Hayward, Florent , 2025 1st, 2026 1st for Charlie and 22
Traded 10 & 22 For 9, 31, 42 & 43 with Hawks

31,42,43 all end up at swans in Charlie trade and separate Florent trade.
The net difference in end, upgraded 10 to 9 and 2027 2nd(Blues) to 2027 1st (Swans).

Overall think it sets us up for F/S etc. Would be happier if we got Kharmis with 31 in the process

Anyone know how many list spots we currently have to fill at this point in time?
