Over the last 2 month us Tc’ers have been spoilt with some great lens work from Mordan, video footage of traning from The Shag, week in week out traning reports from Mr and Mrs Caz, Blue Vain, 79Vintage, Pjcanus and fair few others.

We have seen Walker grow into a man.
We have heard and some have seen the class of Murphy.
We can almost feel Waite ready to take the competition by its neck and turn it on its head.
We know Fev has pushed himself to the limit in every single traning session to be right as soon as possible.
We have an exciting bunch of young players ready to step up and claim spots in the 1st with Russell, Blackwell, Hartlett and Carlos.
We have another bunch of exciting young guys who seem to want to take the next step and be regular players in the 1st with, AB, Caraz, Simmo and Betts.
We have this years draft picks that have had really good pre-seasons and could push for a spot in the 1st as well with Bower, Edwards and Kennedy when he is right.
We have players wanting to step up in leadership and/or KP spots with, Teauge, Banno, Houla and Lance.
We have Fisher for round 1.
And we have a group of players who seem pumped primed and ready to go with, T-Bird, Stevo, Scotland, Livo, and French.

It is very hard not to be excited at the moment, and now we get to see if all the hard work that has been done in the off-season will have rewards. Not just for tonight but for the season. Sure, we may not be a cup contender this year but there are steps forward and for the 1st time in a few years we are moving in the right direction.

I for one can not wait to see us run out tonight and play footy again, I am happy to have a fresh start and put the past in the past and look forward to the future.
2006 is the start of Something New. As EB was 1st to say CARN THE BLUES!!!!!

Sadly … it has started again. A bit earlier this year than last.

But look on the bright side camel , less expectations could mean we don't get dillusional and think the world is at our feet. This year we get reality and suprises, better than disappointments and floggings. :?

Lift your chin camel. I always picked you as seeing the glass half full, we need that more than ever at the moment.

Yeah, I know, and I will always look on the bright side. Just wondering if we should run a sweep predicting when the T word will start to gain some serious momentum again.

Even after tonights game I am excited, because I saw the positives and after winning the wizard cup last year, and finishing last... I couldn't give a rats arse about the NAB cup.
