How did Cottrell play? I see he got his customary 12 and 2 tackles. Big night running the wings.. :banghead:

Incredibly sad watching the team I love at this low a point.

We really do have some problems. They are not small.

Leadership is a massive issue - one has to wonder if the culture is allowing players to lead - or are they just so mentally shattered they can’t.

Cripps should stand down as captain. It would be good for him and probably for us. Problem is I don’t know who is next? I mean really? Who?

Voss - I honesty don’t know if he can or can’t coach - but it ain’t working at present.

And for those that watched walker today (as I did) - get excited but one bloke ain’t turning this basket case of a club around

Rant over.

Sad.

This is what occurs when the club has no standards and lets everyone control their own destiny.
No expectations or demands for success - culture non existent.
All hot air with no foundation.
Leaving Voss in charge was a disaster waiting to happen and GW has failed us.
Hope he has a plan because things just got worse and it’s going to have to be something exceptional to get us out of this hole.

Btw - the JSoS interview at the end of tonight’s game was truly sad.
Say what you like about him, he still bleeds blue.

What did he say? I thought he'd gone sour on the club, maybe I'm guilty of "sins of the father" thinking.

It’s a must watch. Don’t take my word for it but it was along the lines, he doesn’t really know how to feel. It’s good that they won but it’s a strange feeling, that he couldn’t explain. Also, the way he said it was very sincere.

It wasnt Goddard levels of emotion. Just said it was a funny feeling cos he still had friends at the club. Said he doesn't want to see them where they are at the moment and wishes them the best. Whatever Jack. Piss off mate. We don't need your pity.

I'm still pissed at all of the deserters and will not be a forgiving as some. I get it. I don't blame you for feeling sad about it. But they can all get stuffed.

Having worked in a toxic environment before and seen firsthand the impact it has on people’s wellbeing, good on them for deserting the club.

The deserters have all had the last laugh haven't they? You can't blame them for the mess we are in.

Solely to blame? No. Part of it? Absolutely. As I said, they can all get stuffed

I bet it was

Duplicitous high-roading cauliflower. We know who you are, Jack. You may as well lean into it.
