Just on 3AW, due to the weather the Family Day has been cancelled and will be re-scheduled

Yes, I've just had this confirmed by Mrs Caz as well.

A bit of bugger, but not much we can do about the weather. Poor club can't take a trick at the moment.

I missed Malouf at half time - what did he have to say?

Anyone?

Importantly, did he confirm if the Family Day was off?

He did confirm it's off (said the whole ground is flooded) thats all I heard, though.

Crumbs. Thanks for that Ryan.

Yep, at PP for the Bullants game and it was called off in the last quarter due to the lightning...it then proceeded to bucket down harder than I can ever remember seeing.

That is Melbourne for you. 35 one day, flooding the next. I was driving to Hawthorn this afternoon and half the roads were flooded.

They put up a message over the PA sytem at Docklands last night, (moe than once), but I don't know that everyone got the message. The sound quality in there isn't great and lots of people were getting food, drink or relieving themselves and may not have evem heard anything.

Good on them. Seemingly small gestures like this go a long way.
