Seems Patrick is doing his bit to ensure we get no AFL assistance!

Aside from anything else, it's just an awful piece of schoolboy writing. It has no flow, no structure, no point to make, a mixture of sarcasm and innuendo, and you finish reading it with a look of 'huh?'.

I just don't know what he's trying to say. What a disgraceful piece of schoolboy journalism.

Actually that's very offensive to schoolboys.

Just a nothing story to fill a bit of space that no one reads.

Exactly what I thought.

the last 4 paras, which are the most scathing about Collo, make no sense whatsoever.

They're the ramblings of a hateful alcohol-soaked moron.

My thoughts exactly bluehammer. After wasting the few minutes required to read that sub-standard piece of scribble, you have gained no new knowledge and infact have suffered mental anguish as a result. Then again very typical of his writing...

The AFL are only going to commit to PP due to an overwhelming sense of guilt for pushing a great foundation club to the point of annihilation

The 4 people that buy "The Australian" in Sydney will have no idea what he is talking about.

He has already survived a fall from a 1st story roof (the blubber broke the fall) - you need to go a little higher.

FATPRICK was just on SEN he was going on about how Cambel Rose managed to get the federal government to poor money into wetstern oval and saying how embarising this was for the once mighty Carlton Football Club.

I tried calling the station because i wanted to tear his throat out.... The federal governmemnt poored money into western oval because its a labour seat and what a better way to try swing voters than invest 10 million into the community

"If" Collo pulls this off and the AFL take over the "administration" costs of Princess Park and use it for as 3rd AFL Stadium, then, I'm back in love with COLLO. :P

PS. As long as we are still in control or have majority of say.

Exactly, BB. and what a great job Geelong has done also in getting money from the AFL and State Gov for it's stand - nothing at all political about that.

Our biggest mistake was not brown nosing pollies and delivering oral pleasure to AFL boss'.

One thing is for sure, we won't fold/merge or relocate - we're too important to all the other teams. We'll come back Patrick, and when we do we'll be singing......

"Tonight we're gonna party like it's 1999"

BB was that you who got through but got cut off quickly ? I have noticed that SEN only airs Carlton callers who either are loonies or Jack supporters or in any other way suit their anti-Carlton agenda. This is both true for KB's show and the "run home" crap. (as far as i have heard the staion).
