Bit hard to be negative on a game we can't see?

Bit hard to give details when CAAMA are playing Deep Purple & The Who music during the 1/2 time break

All the young blokes are running and linking up well by the sounds of it.
AW, Carrotts, Simmo, Blackers all going well.
I think Livo has the job on Lynch but not positive.

BV,

Drive over to Templestowe, I've just been told the next door neighbours have this satellite radio/tv, there's no lights on next door, we should be able to break in, they always leave the back door open.

It's good that we're winning, but we should be crushing this team :)

Things to look for:

Defensive pressure in the midfield
Spoils and mop-ups
Proper zone defense for the mop-up

Cheers, if correct its good to see Livo given another chance. He's not the answer but we can't expect Hartlett to do the job just yet and we need to at least be competitive.

DOA, I'm guessing that's a pre-emptive strike to keep the the whigers away,....

Haven't heard too much of Bower, but I'm guessing the commentators wouldn't know him (and it is audio!)

A report briefly....

Both teams started hard with the Blues flooding a lot. This frustrated WCE who didn't make the m,ost (3 behinds ) despite dominating the skillful play...
Blues flooded and pressured and got the score on the board going the other way.

Generally the Blues are winning the claerences in the first half...thanks Stevo...no Kouta and as the commentators are saying, two times B&F runner up..Stevo is the next and natural captain.

Second quarter game opened up but still plenty of pressure and errors...but a lot of goals both ways.....

NT Radio has been giving a half time coverage - but unfortunately most of it is dedicated to talking to the local footy people in Alice about how much the game means to them (well, it is kind of nice to hear... I'm just a one-eyed Blues man and want to know how we are going).
The basic comment was that the game has been a high standard. There has been some fumbling, but mostly under pressure. The commentators are impressed with Fev - although this seems to be more to do with his size than anything else. Both teams have refreshed at half time in a portable fridge next to the ground.
Very little else on how things are going. A little bit of positive word on the efforts of Stevens and Houlihan, but that's about it. They've interviewed Suma and Robbie Wylie, so its been more Eagles at half time than Blues. Eagles claim their youngsters are acquitting themselves well.

And by the way, Steve Williams from the Carlton Communication Department, just gave a 1/2 time report on SEN radio. He'll be back with a full match report when it's over.

He just highlighted the young midfielders and Bower & Hartlett.

I thought the same . A win against anyone at the moment would be good enough
