Good program last night…always nice after a win.

Carrots interviewed, plus post match interviews with Murph & Denis.

Carrots said he gets along well with the rookies as he can empathise with them having served a fairly long apprenticeship himself. Said he is not normally a big goal setter but wants to play every match in 06. Was happy with his goal & said the noise when he kicked it was awesome.

Murph said he slept well the night before the match but didn't enjoy having to wait around til 5 for the game, plus having to put his clock back an hour didn't help. His dad was in the rooms before the game & was more nervous than him, but told marc to enjoy himself. Was happy with his 1st qtr but thought he went quiet in 2 & 3, so he was pretty fired up to put in a big final qtr. Was happy with the goal he set up for Fev. Said running through the banner & hearing the song was all a bit surreal but he settled during the warm up.

Denis didn't really say much about the game plan but more about the influence of weights work finally starting to bear fruit. Maintained that the boys have been trying their hardest for the last 3 years but there isn't much you can do about it when you're always being brushed aside.

Membership woman said they are expecting a good crowd for the Syd match - the Swans will be unfurling their flag on the night.
