Does anyone know the extent for Waite's quad injury ??

Will he miss the game on Saturday night ??

Anywhere from the official 'test' to preacher's 2 weeks call in the Rd 3 Sydney thread...

Another site has him missing the next 3-4 weeks...

If anybody is heading to training today, can you assess this situation?

this would be a big blow for us obviosuly, with fisher and waite out, but hopefully it will give santy and kennedy a good chance.

if waite is out then i reckon pagan will persist with De Luca

Absolutely, if he doesn't play, we're stuffed. Our depth is still our biggest issue. If Geelong and WC or Crows had an injured player, there'd be 4 ready to fill his shoes - we've got Prenda or 2 blokes with 1 game between them.

Having said that, I think he'll play. The http://www.injuryupdate.com.au website is still not showing him as injured and that's the only site I beleive. There's no bs on there at all. It also show Kinnelly a week away.

Well that's just great.

Wiggins - another waste of space. How many chances can one get! He should have been delisted 2 years ago. I know that we are struggling yet we need people who are able to take the next step - he (and Livingston) are not!

I can't find any info on it elsewhere tho, so I've no idea the extent of the said injuries

They just said on Channel Ten that the injury concerns are with Lappin and Waite.

Well, it would be good if the CFC website had up to date info on injuries.

The website still says Fisher - hammy - 3 weeks. Hartlett - hammy, Lappin - groin and Waite - quad, all test.

No mention of Kennedy or Wiggins.

Lappin better play or I will have to play Birchall in my dream team.

Channel 9 just said Lappin sat out of training tonight. No mention of anyone else.

Ten mentioned that Lappin and Waite missed training - eagerly waiting a report from someone on this, if it was at McPark (I just made that name up then) I would have gone.

We would be better with both of these guys fit, as we lack genuine class. However, we had better start making some plans as it doesn't sound promising.
