Dont reckon the Fev will be outed i dont think he got Kirk in the head so any head contact is very light if any if you looked closely he put his hands out and more pushed him over on his shoulders so other than rough play and a stupid tackle lol

This incident happened right infront of me.....If Fev goes for this then the game has become a complete farce.....He was running and attacking the ball....the umpire that reported him should have been reported himself cause he is a shit umpire...the same flower that gave a deliberate out of bounds from a kick around the corner.

Fev's fine, we didn't bother to counter Sydney's keepings off plan.

Fevola was doing what the rules were asking him to do ie. keeping the ball in play and attacking the ball - he had kept the ball in play from the wing position and continued to make it his object by chasing it to the HFF position he just kept on attacking the ball and the Swan player ducked his head - The AFL have turned the game into a farce!!!

Actually I don't agree he ducked his head, his head was clearly over the ball and he fumbled and shat himself ...

All players should know, after the attention this stuff has had over the last 8 or so years, that you cannot hit the head under these circumstances.

watching it on the telly you can see Kirk look up at Fev approaching him for a split second and delay his take of the ball, therefore, prolonging him hunched over the ball. I am not saying it justifies crude contact to the head but this hardly constitutes a suspension.

I've said it before and i'll say it again, no wonder Fev get's pissed off during a game with some of the nongs upfield and the triple teaming because we constantly have numbers behing the ball. Simmo cocked up at least a couple of times when he should've hit Fev laces out instead of piss farting around :x

Yeah, but the numbers behind the ball is clearly in Pagan's game plan. Put the blame where it belongs for that. However, it is the player's responsibility to move the ball on quickly when they get it ... which means players upfield and away from the immediate action need to run into space rather than dawdle which is what we often see.

Agree we sure wasted a LOT of ball between centre and half forward.

If Medhurst got off, then Fev will too, IMO.

It was crude, and unnecessary, but he didn't get Kirk in the head, and Kirk got straight up after.

Nothing in it.

I get harder hits in the vege section at Coles.

Let's not just look at this based on our opinion; let's look at this based on the AFL rules.

As I asked in the match discussion thread.

Any previous suspensions/fines?

What will the activation points be?

You would think so but knowing the tribunal he's gone.

Fev's record isn't as clean as Medhurst's was though. IMO, the media will ensure there's plenty of hype about it too. I hope you're right though KK.
