We need a woman on the ticket - Lorraine Diggins daughter of a Carlton Premiership Captain/Coach no worries your in. As we said sounded like a good idea at the time, probably goes for a few others on the board that were dragged onto the ticket.

We don't 'need' a woman on the ticket. Tokenism/sexism like this has left us with a lame duck board member who really should step down right now

Lets not cloud the issue - there are plenty of capable women to serve on football club boards its just she is not one of them.

I'd hope there would be, but we don't 'need' a woman on the board. Don't 'need' a man either, or a gay, Jew, Aborigine, etc. Sick of the tokenism that suggests we have to have a woman

She could probably set up a bit of a club creche at the ground and look after the kiddies too if she's just sitting there knitting. Maybe change a few nappies, wipe a few snotty noses, and that would just be the rookies!!!

I seriously thought she joined the board to get the Gay/Tranny people in the artworld she knew joining Carlton and other social groups and get more women to our club, because the club had a woman on the board,Seriously, but to see our membership drop to 25 0000 makes me sick, what does she bring to the club, nothing.

Have we lost 10 000 members from her, where are this members, have they all died.I'm sure she isn't the marketing person or is she?
