Can we have some input from fellow TC's about the Postive and Negative things Pagan has done for the CFC?!

BAM!

That's worth a whole column on the "positive" side.

Only thing i don't like is our game plan, if he changes is it back to how it was when we were winning games in 2004, kick it long, give the forwards a chance, then maybe he can keep his job.

Positive or negative?

Positive: Unrelenting in his development techniques, resulting in the wonderful all round games of Andrew Walker and Kade Simpson, among others.

Negative: Has never really plunged deep enough down the development path at the cost of an AFL game, which has, in terms of immediate victory, hampered or helped at times. This is the traditional approach however.

Whilst many posters seem not to admit it Dennic has had a VERY positive impact on a number of young players....

Waite : Held back in the ressies early in his career to increase development and is now a key player in the team
Fevola : Was an the brink of being traded by Brittain. Is an enigmatic player, however 26 goals and leading the coleman medal in a bottom four team shows he has class. Increased application to his defensive game this season has also shown his maturity as a player.
Bentick : Thrown into the fire and appears to be relishing the opportunity, loves the hard stuff and wasone of the best players on the weekend. Has a way to go, but the future looks good.
Carazzo: Seemed to struggle for awhile initially, however has proven speed and skill, and has alot of upside. Definitely apart of our best 22 players
Simpson: Dominated in ressies for periods of time without really cementing a spot in the firsts. However over the last season or so has shown considerable improvement to his game.
Walker : Gone ahead in leaps and bounds, hasnt missed a beat this season. Future player in the mopuld of Andrew Mcleod IMO.
Murphy : Looks so relaxed on the big stage. Rarely misuses the ball and knows how to get it. A superstar in the making....
