I love Fitzy as a player/ captain.
But thats not to say ill swallow the crap about him being the right man for the job when he doesnt care enough at a time we need him to take that job on.
Hes the right age.. he is financially sound and we need someone...

Its just not him as he doesnt have the fire in the belly to take us on .
He likes things to be more comfortable for himself...

Fix it on a this year basis or a 3 years time basis?

I offer no opinion on Coach / president but the one thing we have to do to 'fix it' whatever that is - to me it means building a finals team again - is to stop handing out games to those who on generaly observation aren't going to make it.
