Why do I think a certain someone is going to be feeling a might sheepish tomorrow for trying to organise a petition for the club to just sack Pagan and pay him out ...

Come on, he's far too egotistical to ever feel sheepish.

He'll probably say it proves he was right, but that he should have acted a year earlier.

They are going to ask the AFL for assistance so they don't become insolvant. Smorgen says we won't make it to the end of the year 1-1.5 million out for this financial year. They can't pay they're players.

A possible re-development of MC Labor Park.

Down from 33 to 26,000 people. (Clint  )

It's about the cash flow problem and that we will ask for assitance from the AFL. Not really a surprise.

So... we're insolvent.

Reckon this is why Collo went? He didn't want to put the hand out and the rest of the board did?

is it possible that, yes the financial situation is fairly bad, but we went throught he media in hope of gaining some more corporate sponsors?

Other clubs won't let us die. They still need the gate receipts when they play their home games against us.

Yeah, I was thinking that. Push the panic button to drum up sponsors and members?

At least they didt say "biting on the pillow"

Look, this board does not have *it* apart from Matheison the others have no clue on how to make things happen.

Fancy smorgon talking about "business contacts ".. he can do something himself.

He said when he became president "we will continue on the same things as before because we came to those decisions as a board"

They should commit mass hari kari... and let someone else in.

They have no energy and weve been screaming about them being more proactive for a while.Kouta should screw the club for every cent he has on that contract....along with allison.
