Look Cammo is ok in my books.. i dont agree with the petition ...

But i had to chuckle at this...
Quote:
Following this, an intensive search must be made. Ideally - a Carlton person with a fine coaching pedigree. Brett Ratten and Peter Dean ..................

There is only one man that could do the job and not break the bank....
Michell.

The club has been lookiung towards SOS as someone who can step in , in a couple of years... but i think they wont deem him ready right yet.

I also have heard whispers that they would like to bring Kenny seldon in on the MC.

To me it should be Michell with Harford as his right hand man and a couple of others (i wish Voss at the end of the season ) to come in as assistants to breath fresh life into the club.

Does anyone know when Voss' contract expires?

Brizzy they may be people who want Pagan gone but dont agree with the petition

Of course, there are already plenty here who have stated as such.

What is your point?

The poll is asking people if they agree with the petition not the subject of the petition . But you know that .

so instead of wording the poll the way he did he just should of had a poll do you agree with petitions

Seems pretty well worded to me. Essentially, do you agree with a petition asking for Pagan's sacking after 6 rounds of 2006?

There could also be a retrospective poll for you asking do you think Pagan should have been sacked after Round 1 2003?

No, this is the worst worded question ever

Cammo is asking should Pagan be sacked after round 6... so why isn't THAT the question in this poll??

Or does this poll have a different purpose to the one Cammo is using???

Does it?

Tyrant,

I repeat my answer to Sydney Blue:

The issue is NOT whether Pagan should be sacked or retained. It is clearly whether we should be party to a friggin petition in a public place or not. Unfortunately this is putting the club in a bad light and, yeah we need more of that right now. Don't worry the stirrers will get their day in the sun by attracting the media sharks like Fatprick etc. who will seize on this and make it out to be more than it really is, which is a few and I repeat a few people behind Keyboards with a bee in their bonnet.

If they had any level of maturity and common sense, they would be going about this in a completely different way. Their method not only will harm the club, but cause a turf war at the MCG, just wait and see!!

however, from a Market research point of view, I don't think your use of "participate" makes your contention clear....

I think you could easily misread the question as either "should we sign the petition" or "should we help him get signitures"?

Also... I can't see what you mean by "disassociate"? Create bad press about the petition? We can't exactly put on different club colours to the ones the petition people will be wearing.

Bit of feedback on methodology... make of it what you will... not having a go... just some feedback that the wording of the questions is misleading

Pretty ordinary response overall, I must say! :(

Only 143 Posters voted.

Yes: 102...No: 41
