Sometimes I just cannot believe what I read...and I'm not talking about a Patrick Smith article.

Just now I don't have the inclination...but I'm *this* far (picture a bee's dick) from wiping this thread off the face of the earth.

If you can't discuss the subject reasonably, then F off to BigFooty...you'll have just as much fun over there (if you are looking for a fight behind a keyboard), and the rest of us can read and contribute with peace of mind.

Can we delete this POX thread now, this petition doesn't mean shÃ¬t really, the club will use it for toilet paper anyway. It really makes no difference. Even if they agreed they couldn't sack Pagan, Smorgan was probably the first guy to sign it for all we know, but what can he do, pay him out, NO.

blueslander, I would suggest Management direction and cattle need to be addressed before the coach.

Problem is since Jack raped us, everyone is too busy hiding and blaming and no one is willing to stand up and be counted in the administration.

Pagan is responsible (in real terms) for 22 men, 1 day a week.

A strong management leads to a strong club just like it does a strong company.

A strong CEO leads by direction.
Look at What Brian Cook achieved at WCE, then translated to success at Geelong. Lead by example, set direction, achieved results.

We need a guy like him to lead the guys above Pagan to allow Pagan to do his job.

Cattle, given recent history prevails, will take care of itself through the draft and natural progression.

If you get the other two right, and Pagan cant deliver, then I will happily carve his corpse at the roast but lets be fair in the context of what he has control over and the limitations that he is faced with.
