Sorry guys, but who Does Fevola play next week? do we have an interstate game against adelaide or port Adelaide??

well good look to Fev, its goona be another tough week but hopefully he can keep his head high.....

that pretty much sums up Our miserable Team and list of Primary school kids ( NOT the real kids, but the Senior players such as Deluca, Mcrath, Lappin, Stevens , holihan and co )

Fevola was absolutely magnificent, given the circumstances of the game and having to play on multiple opponents (on the few occasions the ball actually got down there).

Wiggins was good. Simmo worked hard as always.

Blackwell didn't look out of place. And De Luca continues to do some nice things in his little cameos on the ground.

I'm still looking forward to seeing Kennedy play at Telstra Dome under the roof. He's had 3 games at the MCG in slippery conditions, and not had a lot of ball kicked his way. Hopefully he'll get a few more chances to really crash a few packs in weeks to come.

Looking forward to picking up another 'power' key position player in the draft at the end of this year. It'd be nice to have someone with a chance of matching up against someone like Riewoldt.

I also thought Stevens fought on reasonably well in the last quarter against Baker 'the human blanket'.

Murphy, Fevolenko, Simpson, Wiggins, not losing by 100 pts, Vince Colosimo sitting behind him and showing his allegiance to the boys, leaving the game at 3QT time and getting home in 10 minutes.

I was embarassed to say that as I left at 3QT time, so did Neil Craig - I think he envisages next week will be a slaughter of epic proportions.

The AFL needs a successful Carlton, so they better come to the party on helping us out.

The AFL dont need anything - all they need is 16 Franchises to satisfy their OverLords in the Media - what names those 16 Franchises use is immaterial.

We are in big trouble and there are a lot of supporters/members sitting on their collective arses waiting for Pratt/Smorgon/Grollo to write a cheque and bail us out. My friends it aint going to happen - the only people that can do it is us - so you can all vote with your feet and not buy a membership because someone who you dont like is the coach or on the board but at the end of the day what you all like is to see a Navy Blue Jumper with a white monogram run out onto a park and play football (hopefully well) - its a case of helping your/ourselves as no-one else is going to do it.

The RR chips in the MCC members are Spotless chips in RR packaging - woeful.

:?: Have you eaten from there?

No, he sends his mate in to the members to buy Red Rooster chips for him.

It's just that I thought they were different, having had both.

My point is that they are in no way similar to RR chips

Wiggos best game for Carlton.

But didn't we all KNOW that he was going to miss those two shots on goal.

AGRO the AFL do need our supporter base - I for one am are paid up member [Social Clun Gold] and will continue to do so in spite of hell that we are going thru.

If you think the AFL needs another Kangaroos or Doggies in the league to make up the 16 teams, then you must be delusional.

I am not asking for a handout but I will be damned if the club and supporters are made to suffer because of shit management by a dodgy President in Elliot and even dodgier CEO in Collins.

How the F^&K did the AFL allow Collo to become President is beyond me given his less than stellar fingerprints on some of the past player contracts which breahed the cap.

We should have broken 35,000 members by now because we all know that we are struggling and to sit by and do nothing is a disgrace.

I hope that every forum poster on this site is a paid up CFC member because if you are not - you are a disgrace.

Don't think I mentioned Wiggo at the start. I should've.
Walker did well too...fast becoming a leader.

I do like Wiggo, but his hospital handpass to Houlihan in the opening seconds of the game yesterday summed up for me where we are at - we just ain't got it.

You bet you are, just there's not a probable outcome in your favour. :)

it's like the Beaconsfield miners said:

Very ignorant comment to make. Im mortgaged to the hilt, self employed, , people dont pay for 3 months, young family. Been paid up memeber for 10 years, even though the last 3 havnt had time to go to games much. Am i a disgrace? THough when the dust settles in my turbulent life at present, i hope i can spare a coin to become a member rather shortly. At the moment its a luxury i cant afford and i bet many more are in the same boat
