Denis would argue he has re invented himself..."look were chipping the ball around"

Id argue he has reinvented himself from a 2 x premiership coach to a has been...

Quote:
Ruckman Dylan McLaren opted to set up a kick behind play when the Blues had the ball up forward. This meant that Fev had to do the ruckwork. I didn't like it. The risk of injury is high when part-timers take on professionals.

He has a fixation with our ruckmen becoming the new Gary Dempseys...

Usually Walls will try and stir things up by being straight up, and telling us what he thinks; in this case he hasn't.

Perhaps he feels sorry for the blues, and doesn't want to stick the knife in as other journos have done this year. There is no doubt he questioning the tactics, and therefore the game plan, and therefore Pagan.

You couldn't suggest that he is not questioning the tactics displayed by ruckmen. IMO his point is to question why rucks are filling up holes as opposed to attacking, or manning up, let alone providing necassary support for our star FF to do his job kicking goals from already limited opportunity. He is suggesting that this tactic is not smart.

For the first time in the media this year, someone is having a dig at Pagan and not Carlton. Very interesting.

I think you are on the money. Wallsy is having a little dig around. He probably sees the writing on the wall and given how desperate the situation is, is treating his blues with a little bit of kid gloves.

It is an interesting play on things, because he has never been backward in 'spitting' it out, even when it is about us. Perhaps it is truly insiders lament on how desperate the plight is down at royal parade. Wallsy feeling the pain just like we all are!

No Carey...No Gameplan...No Pagan...
I believe training was a farce during last week ....no one stayed back to hone their skills and the session was error filled and the players ended up playing liked they trained vs Stkilda....perhaps some of our track watchers would like to comment...

and the coaching panel allowed that, and let it be?

that's irresponsible.

they should have ironed out that attitude and performance right there and then.

it should have been noticed by the mc and addressed.

if you don't train well you don't play, what you have on the training track during the week is what you take on the field. there was no intensity out there on Sunday (except Fev and Lance)

hence the mc are as much responsible for the insipid display as are the players.

that is very disappointing to hear. they've got blood on their hands as far as i'm concerned (if it's correct in what you are saying)

No where in his thread did he say he wasnt there.

You can say I believe training was a farce and actually be there. That is his opion if he was there. And there could be someone else at training that says he believes training was fantastic. Thats that persons opion.

All i am saying is that it was fact and he wasnt there.

But he didn't state his source, link it and get a signed certificate of authenticity, plus he took their words and altered them.
