If Clarkson got the flick I'd consider him for the senior coaching position

"Pagan is in the first season of a lucrative three-year contract extension but, as the cash-strapped Blues face mounting pressure and continue to struggle, Hawthorn sources believe it would be easier to lure him away from Princes Park this time."

Please ?

Pagan would have instant success at Hawthorn. They have young talented players.

If I was Pagan I would jump at the chance to coach Hawthorn.

Before giving this report too much credibility, look at who is the author.

Two words - Zac Dawson

Having said that, he could be good for our young list.

He certainly lets a kid have a position and sticks with it.

We could invite Ian Aitkin and all those who played the battle of Brittain and lock them in a room together. Wallsy could be the ring master

What an arsehole  .

are you nuts?
what's he done with Roughead/Franklin this year. Hows Luke Brennan going? Harry Miller gone off the scene. I don't like his record with young talent. Excellent performances by Hodge/Mitchell/Everitt and Crawford have hidden the poor performances of their young players. Big no

Franklin? Have you heard he was injured? Roughead has shown good signs, has used him in a variety of positions, given him plenty of gametime.

He gives the younger players time on the ground unlike our current coach.

Not scared to trade away senior players and pursue a youth policy.

If Clarkson was Carlton coach, I wouldnt go to the football. But luckily I know there isnt a club in the AFL that would sign him if the Dawks didnt

The Hawks practised one-on-one drills last night.

I heard Clarkson gave Ball Roughead.

That's hilarious! Can we pay Hawthorn to take him!!!!!!! How long would Pagan be able to flood for before Jeff gives it to him publicly.

Would they use their FF Mark Willams as loose running player in defence along with Trent Croad?!
