Firstly -there's no rebuilding at Carlton, that said:

We could turn the legends stand into a giant crematorium.
There hasn't been a good cook out, since those Collingwood fans set fire to the souvenir stand on the Hawthorn stand wing.
We can bury the club there in a few years, maybe get Fitzroy back at a co-tenant. The pigeons who live there now can be relocated to the Dome for our games against interstate sides to make it look good for TV and help clean up if someone drops a chip. It can even stay the Bertocchi smoked end.
As the Buddhists would say it's a draw-draw proposition.
