This is really starting to get me pissed off (well, what isn't?).

Our players consistently kick to teammates who are standing still, and when the ball is kicked to them they wait for it to hit them in the chest. In the meantime, an opposition player comes around the back or from the side and steals the mark and runs off with it.

FFS move out to the ball - don't wait for it to come to you!!

That's flower Auskick stuff!!!

Then again, I guess the trend of handballing directly to the opposition is too.

They also kick to a player who is on the move so he has to stop and wait for the ball. Rather than kick it out in front and let him run on to it.

Marc Murphy, of course, is the exception :)

Trying to see the glass as half-full, that's at least something we can build on....I hope.

Well if Murphy is the Exception which i agree

DAVID TEAGUE is the misconception so 5 of his few disposals go straight to Port players or into no mans land to the advantage of Port

How does this guy get a gig in the Seniors @#$%&! i know a few others miss targets but they also hit some as well Teague dosnt hit anything

New entry in Dictionary
Teague = useless cannot dispose of the ball by foot

This is not just for todays game has been on all the games he has played this year

So @#$%&! frustrating and i reckon all of them today resulted in Port Goals just not good enough

Wiggins is the exception on the lead. His leading was fantastic today, ran full speed whenever he leadedand not surprisingly managed to get metres in front of his opponent for uncontested marks.

I was very impressed with this aspect of his performance. Hopefully others will realise the benefit of a strong lead. Well done Wiggo, keep up the good form.

In general I agree totally but his long kick to Stevo near the fifty that led to a Fevola goal was one of the best from a Carlton player I have seen all year.

Just my frustration Ponkster

As i said my view of TEague is not just from today its been from his previous stints and when you have 4-5 Turnovers that result in opposition goals just not good enough he shouldnt be playing end of story. He is slow, lacks hight, rarely hits a target and his only plus is he is courageous but now that the game is faster he cant even get to a contest to play courageous so no more just put him in the Ressies for the rest of the year so he dosnt take a slot in the seniors or the Bullants main team.

He's got good form in the VFL!!! So do Livo, Sporn, Prender etc. and we can't play too many kids at once. (Just quoting Pagan's Press Conference).

Teaguey needs to stay in the first for the simple reason that he shows the entire list what it means to put your body on the line - to be a bit courageous when entering a contest!!

It's acknowledged his skills aren't the best, but show me a player in our club that's got more guts and I'll agree with the push to shove him back to the VFL.

Sorry courage is not much good when you dont get much of the pill you are to slow for the contest and your disposal is shizen that you couldnt hit a player up the ground even when they are by themselves free
Yep murph missed a few but hits a lot also ... actually more than any other player on our list. Most of Murphs errors are under pressure.

Teagues Disposals are when he is running out of the backline and he was free not under pressure so that if they hit a opposition player it comes back twice as fast then back in our backline so they have a shot on goal.

Yep he is not the only one just that when 90% of your disposals coming out of the backline miss targets its goin to result in a goal most times when it rebounds.

I must admit I gasped with shock today when Teague had a ball come straight to him in the clear about 15 metres out and he actually marked it rather than go for the double-fisted punch to the boundary as I was expecting.

When you're not good enough to kick to a moving target, it's logical to kick to a stationary target. Then they miss anyway. Hacks.

Carlton should bever again pick up a player that can't kick - ever
