I think you might have made a typo Agro.

Clearly you meant to write:

Looks like the merchandise shop has room for two volunteers behind the counter.

WBY.......that's champagne comedy....well done.

The Richmond facilities look like a garage door.

Well done to all who worked on this. Some fantastic news for the club. I'm guessing these facilities will probably be ready in 3-4 years time.....just in time to complement our team as it challenges again.....

It houses a tray truck ready to cart away the cow shit left on the doorstep.

I notice no sign of KERMIT ready to congratulate the Board on this deal, which it has been confirmed was dependent upon the CFC moving their home games from MC Labour Park.

Perhaps he choked on his weeties when he saw the newspapers this morning?

Well done all involved. Let's hope some of those dropout Members come back to the CLub to help with the CFC share of the finance.

one would think that it would be better to demolish the heatley and Harris stand and then build the new facilities in those places.

then demolish the Gardner stand. Demolish the Pratt stand to make way for the multi court indoor sports facility.

leaving the legends and heroes stand.

to be upgrading Princess Park at the cost of 15.7 million yu would hope they get it right. So far from what i have seen of the Kangas and Saints developments look brilliant as they should being brand new buildings.

im garteful that we are in a situation to be getting the funding i just hope they get it right and its not a band aid approach which to me it looks like......

saw some footage on the news ... seemed like a bit of (anti-labor) party political grandstanding from one mcc councillor (didn't catch his name).

as part of the report they showed an extract from minutes of a meeting last year outlining the mcc's decision to fund their commitment via the budgetary process.

Is it just me, or is anyone else concerned that the words 'proposed' and 'potential' and 'a step closer' all appeared in the opening paragraph of the club's press release?

I wouldn't say this is (pardon the pun) set in concrete just yet.

supposedly there's still the MCC obstacle to overcome. their funding impacts on stage 1 IIRC.

then there's the fed govt funding of $3M to deliver stage 2.

one of the instructors of our corporate gym is a former aust fencing champion and representative at 2000 olympics. he's gonna talk to some leading administrator of the national fencing body to get the low-down on feasibility of stage 2 re-development getting off the ground ...

It has been a long time since I have felt this good actually. When I got the email at work it was fantastic.

Lets not mess around with this. It will take 3-4 years and we have to make it happen. No excuses.

Does anyone know who is on the project committee for this at CFC othe than MM?
