We beat them last year, then they made the next Grand Final and lost.

West Coast................they were 10 goals behind the Cats at one stage last week werent they ? all sides no matter how good are vulnerable at some stage..........we must play one on one on there midfielders and hopefully contain them.If we can do that,we are are chance coz i dont like there forward line if starved of the ball. There forwards cant kick a goal unless they are spoonfead.

We're a chance uncle John...a slight one.

ttd2004's post is just about on the money... Do we have the endurance?... if Pagan continues to avoid modern day rotation strategy?

That could give us 3 wins at the half way mark. Couple that with a win against Ess, Rich, Hawks and Kangas should take us to 7 wins in 2007. Plus there may be an upset in the last round against Sydney on the small SCG...Maybe 8 wins for the year and 10th on the ladder for 2006....always a chance...albeit a very slight one.

I wouldn't put more that $100 on that one, that's $1K return....and I'm sure that there's a lot of heart in that decision. Go Blues.

$100Carlton by 7 points in an upset and a $1000 return. :-D

Just for the record, I'm putting $500 on the eagles for $650 return.

Mum's the word!

Seriously, in light of the fact that Judd isn't playing it will only take an injury to either Kerr or Cousins and the Eagles will be vulnerable. Maybe a torn hamstring in the warmups or something....

Anyway I'll be at Subi cheering the Blueboys on.

Sure fire strategy for a win this week..........

At the beginning of the game, every Blue player tells his opponent that the WCE admin have bet the end of season trip on the Blues.....
Eagles win and they're cycling around Rottnest....Lose and they're at the Casinos at Monte Carlo......

Their choice!..

Dont laugh this is how Footscray and St.Kilda financed every end of season trip in the 80s and early 90s.

I just heard that the Eagles have all pooled their collective resources and are backing Carlton to win. Even they can't resist those odds.

We beat them the last time we played them- in the pre-season in Alice Springs. Coming off a loss to Port Adelaide!

AGRO...who's joking?

Ben Cousins and Mick Gardiner can ask their "mates" to lay the bets for them.....

I don't give a stuff if we win or lose on Sunday.

I want less than 5 wins this year but I want one of those wins to be against Sydney at the SCG in September. That's all I care about.

I'm like those peolpe that go through drafts 3 years after they are over and say this club picked player X at 57 and Carlton picked player Y at 52.
