The only 'issue' I've had with this thread was cazzessmans ridiculous use of footydraft.com to defend the non-selection of rosa and pearce (ie footydraft ranked them at 61 and 69 respectively). Obviously he would have had to look up the website to find the exact ranking numbers - and in doing so it would have been blatantly obvious that footy draft didnt have much of a clue that year.

Still no fish here chookman. You are wasting your precious time but I do have an idea how you can put that time to productive use.

Apparently they are looking for a knowledgeable person to run 'footydraft.com.au' this year. Previous under achievers such as ‘footyman’ and ‘Goaldenhawk’, who compiled the list in the past few years, have been whisked away by assorted AFL clubs to use their talents for good and no longer evil.

Throw your hat in the ring and make yourself useful. Make sure your CV lists your main attributes.....i.e 100% success rate in recruiting talent based on you vast knowledge of .......Could a, Should a, Probably, Maybe and my old fav..... 'A mate told me'.

Don’t forget to list that often misunderstood word “Hindsightâ€

Does that mean 4th chicken might have to go see some games before hand and then make some calls on players PRIOR to the draft???

4th chicken are you up to it???

Thanks I appreciate that. We can both put the rods back in the shed and get back to supporting the Blues.

Right - now that is over - I saw Mick Stinear running round for the Qld Rep Side on the weekend. Freezing cold, pouring rain and he dominated the midfield. Clearly the best player out there for Qld. In the same game for Qld was Ty Zantuck who was absolute rubbish.

Just thought you'd like to know what he was up to Cazz!

Thanks Heavs great to hear. Mrs Caz still weeps at night from time to time over MMM getting the flick before he got the chance to shine

Maybe he was just ahead of his time :P

stick to what you specialise in....

Not everybody can be like me...( a multitasking specialist)

Hopefully you can become a doctor or something like that so you can do some good in the world...

... and stop with the crazy talk....
