I like the rotating captain idea.
Whitnall, Stevens, Fevola then hopefully Murphy, Walker, Kennedy.
Once we create a leadership group hopefully we will uncover a leader who is best suited for the captaincy and make them the perminant capt.

De Luca should be captain...
obviously the match committee rate him extremely high....give him the captaincy, hell, lets make him playing coach and skills coach as well...hopefully he might be able to teach himself how to take a grab before he takes over from kouta and denis.
