I have felt for some time after attending training , that the side is under done. Watching the pregame warmups on the ground and after half time they always seem restrained compared to the other sides.

Talking with a few over drinks after the game , there was a 50/50 split on the fitness issue. Like to hear some feedback

One point that Pagan spoke to the media of was fear of failure , could it be a fear of success. If we do this, will they expect us to do it all the time.

I have never heard this used in sporting circles before but it is used in marketing a lot.

Q1 is there a fitness problem
Q2 is there a fear of success

it is not mental nor physical it's tactical i say this every day we're not gunna win games if we're gunna start flooding (or brycing) the last 10 minutes of every game we're leading because the ball's just gunna come straight back every time we clear it out of our defensive 50 i dont understand why we dont play a successful working plan to the end and if we can work it out why acnt the coaching staf especially after they'ev been coaching so well for 3 and a half quarters

Why can't they just set mini achievable targets eg. if they are 3 goals up at 3/4 time the team sets a target & gameplan of scoring minimum 3 goals in the first 10 minutes of the 4th qtr.... babysteps
They've gotta break each game scenario down into mini achievable targets....focus of the mind.

i mean if you and i can come up with these solutions i wonder what the coaching staff are thinking they might be thinkin what we're thinking they might have even better ideas but we really need to find a slotuion to this fade-out problem it wont be a worry this year or next year but there' gunna be a time when we're gunna be expected to win matches and we've got to be able to win them
