...Much about the o'Hailpin brothers lately. Admittedly I'm out of the loop living in Sydney, and tendd not to read the training/Bullants boards, but can anyone tell me where the Irish boys are at?

Is Santy ready to play, or was he just bait to bring Aisake out here? Will Santy ever play another seniors match? Will Aisake ever be given a chance in the ones?

I'm a massive fan of both brothers and even though form and on paper Aisakie looks to be the best of the two, i've been most impressed with Sentanta.

Ruck & Forward options a plenty in the Bullants........Mitch took a risk and decided to send him down back, mainly as an attacking CHB. And credit must go to Sentanta because he has done all that mitch has asked of him.

Still makes mistakes, but i'm not gonna sugar coat his progress - it's only his third year of football, he will make alot more mistakes. But i can see him playing a good 6 - 12 games for the Blues next season.

Aisakie.............Well, at just 20 years old he is fast becoming one of our best developing youngsters. I haven't seen as much of him this year as i would have liked due to work but he's tap work is fantastic. When he has a bad game, it's usually really bad, but has played some fantastic games this year.........REALLY STEPPING UP and seems to be enjoying his footy too.

Sentanta & Aiskaie will make it. They have their doubters, but i have faith they will make it. Aisakie for sure!!!!!

Setanta's got another year of his contract to go & Aisake's got another rookie year to go so I think we should reserve judgement till at least midway through next year to get a better idea of where they're at.

Both O'hAilpin brothers will probably be keen to go home to Ireland for the Xmas break, but it would be great for them to have a season in Darwin during the southern summer. Playing an extra season would help fast track their development. Not sure if it would be allowed under the players agreement, but maybe a special dispensation could be sought due to being Internationals and not having many previous seasons under their belt?
I know of a club that would be very interested in helping out...

Setanta should be playing CHB for at least 5 games this year.Time to find out if he can do it.I dont suscribe to the theory that he is not up to it.We all dont know until Pagan gives him a decent crack in the ones.He has been going well for the ants without blitzing. The time is now.

Aisake has been starring in the bullants 2s and even got himself I week for striking I think. I would think he is a certainty to be promoted to the senior list at some stage. Havent seen him actually play but from all reports is more athletic than his older brother and a quicker learner.

Another one gone missing is Justin Davies... He is listed on the injury list as indefinite. What does that mean? Has he played at all this year? He was borderline to be retained last year. What reason would stop us delisting him this year? I am sick of us holding people on our list that are offering us nothing.

That's a brilliant idea NTBlue!

But seeing as the AFL or CFC didn't think of it it's a rediculous idea

Id rather see Setanta given a game before Teague, McLaren, Saddington etc
