Leigh Matthew says Jonathon Brown isnt playing this week. Assuming that't true i think we're a pretty good chance to win up there and please dont everyone start on how we dont wanna win or shouldnt try to win.

I think we should 'experiment' more with our players and rest the ones with an injury cloud such as Stevo.

I WANT MINIMUM 3 PICKS IN THE TOP 20, PREFERABLY 5!!!!

sorry tb24, couldn't contain myself

has anyone heard about the guy in beulah or fixes oseteiitisieis pubis (can't spell), there was an article about him in the weekly times a couple of months back and apparently, fev, cameron mooney, and a bunch of others drive three or four hours to get his help ever so often.

How long does it take to get over a jarred knee if you can't even jump?

Rest him. 8)

it's gonna be a brave person who tells him he can't play, he'll no doubt cop a mouthful from fev.

that's exaclty right wolfe, tackles give you the most points after goals in dreamteams they are worth 4 points for every tackle that explains the new found commitment and desperation in fevvy. keep up the good work. also handballs are wrth less than kicks so dont expect fev to do anymore than his average 2 handballs per game.

If Fev plays then I'd say Carlton are a very good chance here...we haven't been too far away and Brisbane have a lot of injuries. Brisbane are not what they once were at the Gabba. Blues a real show...

yeah and if kennedy plays it'll help us stretch their backline as leppitsch is retired jason roe would probly have to get him and down back we've only got bradshaw who is a dangerous tall and we can either put t-bird on him and throw lance up forward or put lance on him and t-bird on whoever else they'ev got who is tall. i reckon it'll be a battle of the midfields, we need to be able to shut down luke power and dare i say it jason akermanis.

We want Fev playing, it's our only chance of winning something, the Coleman Medal. Not a believer in tanking until the last couple of matches, when it would then be silly to win and cost yourself a pick. Kids learn alot more trying to win and fitting into a plan, much better for the club in the long run.

have u given up on murph winning the rising star coz heath shaw wins it because of the stupid system where a 20-year-old is eligible or do u just dont count the rising star as an important award?

p.s. the way fev was playing on friday night he'd reckon he's a chance for mark of the year as well

Do TAB Sports Bet take bets on us winning the first three quarters and losing the game in the last :)

As long as we are ultra competitive, play the young kids, give them a go, let it be.

all i'm worried about is progress from the kids. plus a little excitment and something to cheer about.

of course everyone loves winning but after the last four years, i'm happy with honourable losses.

Got that in one.

Play the kids to win. the chances are they won't, which won't hurt our opportunities in the draft.

But, I don't think it will hurt Fev's Coleman chances by resting him this week. He's got a lead on Hall, and if he plays at 75%, he might miss more matches down the track than one now.

surely they would have learnt their lesson by now, last year we let him play with that groin injury and he had a terrible 2nd half, had to miss the last few games and then had to have an interrupted pre-season because he had to have surgery. and he's never beaten mal michael anyway, for some reason mal seems to have it over him.
