Today was actually quite interesting. Yep so.. there's a work story coming up.. BEWARE! lol.. but really.. yep.. so it was an average day at work (Murphy Street Bowen's this time). It was very quiet though, especially since it's been really busy within the last few weeks.. probably because it's hitting the cooler weather and the Murphy Street Bowen's has hot food and when it's cold, people like hot food.. when it's hot people like cold food.. go the ice-cream mania in summer! ANYWHO! So yep.. then we started to get SUPER busy and a huge group of guys walked in.. I wasn't taking much notice because I was serving someone then they walked up to the front and I couldn't help myself... I just had to check em out! (C'mon!.. You can't blame me..!). So, I looked... and I almost fell over backwards! They had navy blue jackets on with "CFC" stitched on them.. the same "CFC" that is widely known as.. CARLTON FOOTBALL CLUB! (Woulda been better if it was Essendon* but I shouldn't be complaining.. hehe) So yep.. Noelle, Deb and I were totally shell-shocked.. you know, it's just people of super huge importance don't normally come to Wangaratta.. for anything.. let alone some food! lol It's a very once-in-a-lifetime experience for a Wangarattan such as myself to serve a steamin' hot footy player.. hehehe.. I'm just going to indulge in my glory for a little while longer if nobody minds.. =D
