Yes the tackle was fair - but you must be eating too many romance chocolates if you dont believe that Marc Murphy was high up on Brisbane's hit list last Saturday Night.

As I said previously the incident should be filed away and served back on a very cold plate to Brisbane at some stage in the future.

Sad but true, now that I think about it.

We decided to re-recruit Murphy straight after that from Geelong.

Ahhh yes I remember that day. Bomber and his merry men when all out for us on the last H & A game of 2001 when they sat on the bottom.

They played hard with-in and outside the rules. Was it just a coincidence that Bomber was an old foot soldier of Sheedy's, and Sheedy was scared crapless of a repeat of '99?

Hmmmmmmmm

I'd love to swing the forearms this week and sink this prick's career at whatever cost it takes  .

Murphy wasn't even on the ground at the time. Just shook his head. Don't think he was the type to get physical.

he looked disgusted with what happened, he was shaking his head in disapproval and was spitting at the floor, you could tell he didnt want to be part of what happened.

i completely agree that we need to let copeland know next time by physically hurting him. but sadly i cant see it happening, after milburn did what he did to sos everyone's despised him and hate dhim since but have the carlton players had balls to do anyhting abck to him in the 5-10 games we've played against geelong since? no. since that bump everythings been going downhill for carlton. even in the under 16's comp that i play in if someone did that we wouldnt forget it and we'd let that player and his whole team feel the pain everytime we play them.

At least Murphy showed disgust when Milburn came off. Do you remember the almost riot that Milburn incited with the fans sitting behind the interchange bench?

Ahhhh the sweet memories of Optus Oval.

You can still smell the fear in Milburn when he had to be escorted to his car after the game.

it was definitely a fair tackle but it had extra malice in it and if it were any other player copeland probably wouldnt have tried to hurt him as much, but in saying that i'm sure dopeland didnt want murphy to be injured for the season, i'm sure that wasnt his intention to injure him that badly. that shouldnt mean that we forgive him our players cant forget what he done and next time and every time after that we have to let copeland feel the pain we're all feeling now.

The only thing that gets me about the tackle... it's just a reminder that WE don't have enough capable of delivering it.

And make no mistake, EVERY tackle is aimed to hurt!

I'm a bloke to you? When did this begin?

Freak.

You know nothing about me. Wouldn't know me if we passed on the street. Never will. And you're a fool to think you do.

We should target Gary Ablett this week. Drive him into the ground with each tackle. Hope to put hium out for a few weeks and watch Bomber spew bile at his press conference
