Highlights for mine

Lance's mark in the first quarter (MOY contender?)

Eddie's running goal in 3rd quarter

Would have to agree with the Trent Sporn comment by NBH .. Can you give votes against most-valued player?

a big show against Essendon* we need 22 players to play 4 quarters of good, attacking footy and that includes the last 10 minutes of the last quarter
Do you really think we can do it? I have already lodged my tips and have backed our boys, but that's coz I want to see 17SC come undone.

Blackers looks like a player

Ah ... ok, now I'm struggling.

Impartial observation:

Fisher seemed to get scragged a fair bit and hung onto, but stood up to it and did some good things.

I like the kid. He'll only get better.

That's all I've got. Being a Collingwood supporter, I've already said too much.

carry on.....

Kade Simpson was very good...attacked the footy, used it well and is on eof our very best and I'm not missing Campo at all or his cheap 36 possies v Stkilda. Simpson is every bit a leader on the field and deserved his promotion to the leadership group..
Setanta did well apart from a shanked kick at the end but I thought he made some good decisions and looked comfortable at senior level...possible CHB in the making....Pagan just has to keep playing him and not dump him when he plays a bad one...

Blackwell was good again but needs to watch his disposal on the run...nice hands in heavy traffic though and he along with Bentick did well in close....
Eddie Betts had a good game, tackled well, some nice roving off the packs, 3 goals and was enthusiastic...

Fisher was underdone and probably needed a VFL game....will be better for the run...

Fish is class.

There was one instant where it seemed the crowd went nuts becuase Kennedy was pushed out in a marking contest inside 50, then the ball rebounded and the Dogs got a free, and subsequent goal, for the same "offence" on Johnno.

The replays of the Kennedy push show that Fisher was dragged out of the contest completely by his man. So we should have had two friggin free kicks. :x

Positives for me were…

JOSH KENNEDY!!!

How good will this kid be. 8)

And our other kids, again, showed plenty.

Baby steps.

We're still being competitive without our best (arguably) player this year....Marc Murphy.

I thought Bentick had a great duel with West & will learn plenty from it.

Betts' goal jumping over the pack was excellent

Carlos looking better & better each week

Scotland did well

...& the Pies lost :)

Someone beat me to it but one game closer to , if not the last game we see sporn wear the navy blue

We really are starting to show we will be a force in a few years.

Simpson , Bentick , Blackwell, Kennedy all played well

Lance played well and showed good leadership

Fev didnt have a big one and didnt throw a tantrum because of it

We had 9 goal scorers ( i think it was 9 !??! ) more than usual anyway

im dissapointed but excited for the future

I love simmo !!
