Something happened for Carlton yesterday that has only happened twice before for the Blues at the Telstra dome.

Whoever guesses first is a deadset legend or enjoyes quirky statistics as much as I do!

Any guesses?

My view and I don't care too much for statistics because average footballers can get a lot of the ball these days. I counted 7 turnovers up to half time that resulted in Melbourne having a shot for goal. Melbournes return was 1.5 with won out on the full.
I stopped counting after half time because I knew the gods were with us. The other noticable difference yesterday was the work the players did when they did not have the ball. Melbourne were under the pump for most of the game.

there was a hint in the subject line - probably didnt have much to do with the score apart from the fact that it was a win for us!

Spot on!

Only games I remember for us with the roof open have been obliterations including the one against the saints where Fev. got put on Gherig for a bit of a full forwarding lesson!

However, the other wins with the roof open were:

2000-R10(n) v StK 11.16-82 to Carlton 15.19-109

2005-R18 v Richmond, 22.9-141 to 16.10-106
