Kennedy suffered a a collapsed lung while playing in the VFL. Pagan 24 hours earliar said this,"he couldn't wait to get Kennedy back in the side and that he was eagerly looking forward to judging him during Sunday's game.

he obviously could wait to get him back into the side - because he did wait - now he will have to wait alot longer. Forward line would have been to crowded with him there anyway

The current word is supposedly a partially collapsed lung, but they'll probably err on the side of caution and leave him for the VFL finals, or pre-season.

What will we do when he's ready to go next year?

I read some where that De Luca contributed to the incident. He is a bigger liability than ever and not a very smart footballer.

Waite to play in the backline, or one of either Waite or Fisher to be traded. I really think for Waite to thrive in our side, he's going to have to become a utility, more than a permanent forward.

You'd think that potentially he could do Whitnall's job, which would free Whitnall up for a trade to get us that extra top 20 pick we'll miss out on when we beat Hawthorn this week.

Either that, or we just accept a surplus of tallish forwards who'll rotate through the senior team.

Umm, what are you talking about? We don't need to trade anyone. If we beat Hawthorn the kids will get that 'winning feeling' and get so much from it we will win the premiership in 2008. If we lose it just means the kids will never recover and will never get that 'winning feeling' and if we don't get that winning feeling sponsorship and membership will be down and the club will go broke and be kicked out of the AFL.

I think Fisher showed on the weekend that he can be a floating tall, he was regularly in the midfield and on the half-back.

I think he even got a gig at a centre bounce at one point. Kudos to the match committee for having the balls to give him a go.
