It really depends on who replaces them. If they go.

While Ratts and Hicky could be good, there's probably other very good, possibly better options out there.

Honestly the assistants can only make as much difference as they are allowed. Libba had good credentials as a VFL coach before he came but Pagan and Trout run the show at Carlton.
