seeing as how none of us influence Denis, the Board or football outcomes (although I have this silly belief if I turn the volume right down we'll kick two goals in a row)

how about we give the 'to tank or not to tank' argument a rest.

This board almost lost everyone this time last year - do we really need to go through it again?

Lets just watch the last few games

Enjoy draft day and wait for the preseason to push flowers and hope our way

and yes I have the biggest!

Would have thought all the tankers would be happy with today's result.

(those that can still post)

Or a smack over the head with a truncheon....

For what it's worth I agree totally DB.

To be honest I only really post in this "room" after matches, other than that it all just sounds like groundhog day. It has been the way since this time last year; I just have better things to invest my time and angst in....

its time to start up again the sack Pagan now threads.

Carlton haven't improved at all and are headed for a third wooden spoon in 5 years, and deservedly so.

Pagan must go at seasons end. The difference between a young team going somewhere (Hawthorn) and a team going nowhere (Carlton) were as clear as day.

Carlton are nothing more than junk time specialists and if not for Fevola (who is a superstar) would be done by 10 goals every week.

Totally agree - let's talk about Lance's skinfolds instead.

somewhere after pick 16
a talent lies waiting
a true player who'll make all of the difference

oh why oh why win

someday we'll play upon the ground
and never stuff that ball around
we'll hit targets, stick tackles and
thats what i want to see

somewhere after pick 16
a talent lies waiting
a true player who'll change our fortunes
and lead us back to September

Totally lost the tune buy hey, you get the picture.

A 17 year of lad wearing a carlton jumper stares up at a poster of
Jezza and dreams........

meanwhile the wicked pricks of the AFL want their red shoes back, there's a brownlow to be held and Demitripoo cannot go without them dancing shoees.

I've got the solution that would make almost everybody happy.

We draw with Collingwouldn't to lift us to an amazing 3 wins 2 draws - still eligable for 3 picks inside the top 20 - this dumps the scummers on the bottom and could possibly puts the ferals out of the 8 (if richmond beat us and then knock off the weagles in R22 and the Kangas beat the pies in R22, with Rocca kicking 8  )

I'd be happy with that   .

that's when a draw loss loss becomes a win/win pick talent
