I'd say this survey and the results will be used to further justify change especially in the 'football' department.

Got the inside word on the survey today and now better understand why there are stupid questions like "how satisfied are you in regard to ladder position"...etc.

- The survey is paid for by the AFL
- The survey is available for all clubs to use, i.e. the same questions for all clubs. Developed by a sports researcher at Deakin.
- Survey is contracted to a mob in South Autralia to execute.

And the question might be asked ,why are you not a Member,?

Too easy to hide behind the underperformance,i won't buy a ticket,what does the Club not do for me banner?
