Brother-in-law is about 188cm and built like a brick shithouse (ie, TANK, not overweight)

Played a lot of junior footy at reasonable level but just keen for a run.

I'd say half-back/half-forward, but could pinch hit at a KPP given his size

Definitely a good addition.

and I'll play either end mate

I reckon I could easily get 2 more as well if need be.... one in particular would be a great addition and would play his heart out... and a Carlton supporter! We'll look at numbers closer to the date though for those 2

Good work Tyrants.

Your mate can take your job in the backline and the move of Tyrant to the foward line looks good!!!

8 goals will be a fair ask.

Would love to have a run, but will have to see how the body pulls up after the end of hockey season.

If I'm no good, I might just come down with the camera and take a few shots.

That'd be great Mordan. I think everyone really appreciated your photos from the Collingwood game.

Ey Shag ya prick, where am I on that list?

Redskins, thats some fair stats mate. We usually have 2-3 games over the summer, so there will definitely be another game for you to play in. I reckon we roll you out in the Saintsational game.

Hopefully you can play too Jimmae. While these games are good to play in, it's also about meeting other TCers and Carlton supporters alike.

For mine, this is the best response we've had since our very first game. I haven't even had to bang off several PMs to random TCers to recruit some people. Very exciting stuff.

I've been in contact with Belinda and have told her to tell Andrew that we have a game on October 29th.

So we can probably add him to the list.

Still got guys like Rod and Ryan to add to the list as well.

Off-season, let's go for the extended bench! :D

There'll be some people pulling out for sure.

Always happens, Jimmae, and for some reason it's always on the day and when I'm on the way to the game.

By the way, add Cammo to that list.

8 goals.... pfft.... don't blink and miss the first half because I plan to be up to that by then.

Get my bro-in-law up near the play, but not on the ball would be my advice. HBF I reckon. We'd be mad to hide him in the backpocket... but feel free to hide me there

Awsome numbers!!

I hate to do this but if people are looking into getting mates to play can you please hold off for now. The mates that people have already added are more than welcome to stay we have enough for a full team and some people who normaly play haven't put there hand up yet. Feel free to keep them on alert as we get closer to the game.

But for now, no more mates please.

Yeah, good call.

As is the norm with these games, people tend to drop out closer to the date. So we'll no doubt add and subtract people to and from the current list.

Who's the Thing?

The thing is my bro-in-law.... a colourful pseudonym I just made up. He's otherwise known as "Shane"

See what happens when I get all diligent at work and don't check TC for a week. You bastards start a forum footy thread and get a full 22 before I can put my hand up.

Screw you guys!

Ah, who am I kidding, all is forgiven... I'm in... still 182cm, hope to be about 88kg by end October (I'm sure as sh!t not on my current diet to not lose weight)... preferred position is goalkeeper... I mean... fullback.

i looked at my cicket fixture last night and i have training on the morning of the 29th from 9.30 to 12 but i'll still be able to come to this match provided it starts at 2. i'll be pretty kancekerd as they make us do beep tests and cross country runs but there's nothing physical so i'll be right to play.
