Yes Didak didn't raise the elbow but he did see Scotland & elected not to tackle

Instead he rose off the ground & smashed him in the face with his shoulder

Hopefully 2 weeks

I agree, if a player is suspended it's almost worth it if it's a Collingwood player he's whacked, although from the quick replay I saw on the news Fev would be stiff to miss for his.

The only problem with Bannisters punch was that it wasn't hard enough to break Hollands jaw and put him out for the finals.

Fev's report will be withdrawn and he'll get fined for wrestling.

Alan Didak has just been cleared. Source is SEN. First Medhurst on Houlihan and now this, what a bloody disgrace.

That's bloody crap! How is this any different to the Long charge on Troy SImmonds from the 2000 GF. That was just a "bump" too.

FFS, the tribunal/match review is a complete joke! Beyond embarassing.

Clearly the AFL enjoys a Collingwood blow-job more than ass-reaming Carlton.

I, like everyone else at the ground, was preparing the finer details of Didaks burial after he knocked out Scotland. However, upon watching the replay, it was an good old fashioned bump. There should be more rough stuff in our game like there used to be.

BRING BACK THE BIFF!!

Didak had the option too tackle, he had the option too bump lower too the ground, but he took his chances and whether or not his arm was tucked in he took advantage of Scotland in a vulnarable position and the contact was above the shoulders, go figure.

Its about duty of care, and Scotland deserved too be tackled or bumped in a manner which was below the shoulders - he wasn't.

Didak's arm was tucked in, and we want players too bump and tackle, but he took his chances and the contact was high.

This system is turning further into a farce.

Well said Barnesy.

Next week a player will cop 3 weeks for the same offence. It's a @#$%&! joke.
