lets say West Coast swallow some form of poison, and are hallucinating, and are all ready to swap us Judd for pick 1.

Nothing chucked in.... just pick 1 for Judd.

Would you do it?

i'd do it but unless judd does something as drastic as what wayne carey did (not that you would with what he's got, think back to brownlow medal night) then there's absolutely no chance of west coast accepting that, maybe if we threw in whitnall & stevens...

Tough one.

I reckon, personally, I'd prefer the unkown quantity of a Gibbs/Gumbleton/Hansen.

We know what Judd can do - there'd be no surprises.

I wouldn't want to be the bloke who said no but.

Would you throw in Nick as well, or let him take The Best Tagger Every Weekâ„¢ with Judd in the side, Hammer?

I tend to agree somewhat. I mean... any kid we pick (GIBBS) is a pure Carlton man.... potential 1 club star.... and plus, who knows what they could get up to.

But yes... I wouldn't want to be the bloke who said no.

Judd's almost in a "can't move on" position.

If he returns to Vic now, regardless of the club, it will go down as one of the biggest player moves of all time.

Even Judd would have a hard time matching the expectation if he came back to Vic, especially if it was one of the traditional "big 4" (don't give me none of this shit about the Saints being one of the big 4 either).

i even find it hard to accept richmond in there.

but back to the topic, if west coast gave us this offer i'd do it without thinking, i'd even throw in a 4th round pick or something.

I wouldnt trade away the number 1 pick for Judd

Lets develop our own number 1 pick into a better Judd...
