Warning: Another long Blueseum post coming up.
Anyone allergic to these posts please look away now.
Honestly when I started this thin last year I thought I would be plugging away by myself for 10+ years slowly writing a history of the Carlton Football Club.
I ran the idea by camelboy and bluechucky and they were entusiatic, originally it was going to be a subdomain of TC.
Then one day last year I said '@#$%&! it' and thought lets buy
www.blueseum.org, turn it into a wiki type website and see what happens.
Then just a few weeks after it starts Tony De Bolfo and Stephen Williamson contact me asking my intentions.
Eventually they actually came to my house for a meeting (Tony De Bolfo was in my house

). You could never meet two more dedicated people to the history of the CFC. They gave me a lot of hope AND STATS to carry on with it all.
then the first person to truly understand what the projext was all about cam on the scene.
I make no bones about molesy being as big a part of the Blueseum if not a bigger part than I.
Once molsey understood what the project was all about he was like an unstoppable train.
Unstoppable.
He has singele-handedly thrust the entire project years in front of where it otherwise would have been.
Molsey deserves every piece of recognition given to him, a superhuman effort.
But that is discounting everyone else.
Like Molsey said dozens (I estimate around 60 people) have helped out with this project. Every one as important as the next.
This project is a credit to the volunteer spirit of the supporters of the CFC in our darkest hour.
You knights of the Blueseum cross will always be remembered.
It might not seem like much of a big deal now, but in 10 years time, 50 years time, 100 years time your contribution will have an everlasting effect on the club.
This week I will be sending out invites to a special Blueseum BBQ for all those who have contributed. The Club has been generous enough to provide a space where our acheivements can be celebrated at the club.
Look out for your invite.
