I think you should have had the Club add 'Beware - you need an Economics degree to understand the following article....'

If you calculated a salary cap based on property prices per city you would need to re-calculate it every year and then adjust the cap accordingly. It would make a mockery of your team's salary cap planning if the limits changed every year.

I reckon it would be easier to just ban the South Australian teams.
