Both. They started just before the game and finished about five minutes before the start of the third quarter.

That's one hell of a slow 100m sprint

So, who can name the last Carlton player to win the Grand Final Sprint?

Brendan Fevola. He won it in 2006 from memory. Even though we were spooners, we won more than Sydney did that day.

There are probably a few people on this site who will say it was a bad effort by our FEV. Negative C&^%s!!!!

This guy has turned his career right around. Most of the press is bullshit in terms of not drinking during the season and stuff but he should be congratulated for his awesome form and season.

OTHER NEWS --
I was at a St.Kilda function today and Garry Lyon has the coaching job at StKilda if he wants it. Announcement will be made next week - sorry don't have enough time to start a new thread.

Cheryl just tapped Denis on the shoulder and gave the final approval to make him captain.

I still reckon you can't captain from FF .. OK so Sticks did it for all that time but the best place for captain is midfield ..

And I think that a footballer with presence can captain a side from anywhere. I'm not saying Fev is necessarily the man but if he is then I have no problems.

Like Kramer says, "I'm out there Jerry and I'm lovin' every minute of it."

The prick from fox footy didn't show anything from half time! Normally they do.

They must be really pissed off i guess....

I wonder if the afl website will have the grand final sprint?........
